The jaivarahi temple trust is formed by a trust deed outlining objectives, management structure, and succession plans. Trustees manage temple operations and property.

Donations are handled transparently with receipts issued, and all trust funds managed through official bank accounts.

Regular audits of accounts by chartered accountants and mandatory for transparency.

Trustees will be ensuring proper maintenance of the temple premises and utilization of funds for the development and renovation of the temple and charitable activities.
